Amazing customer service. I was looking for a valuation for a specialist item and although the person who does the valuations for Gatwards was unable to help they suggested an alternative. I went back just to say they recommended person could not help and Andrew came back again with further suggestions. This felt like customer service from years gone by, Gatwards were not gaining anything from assisting me but they did it anyway. Thank you so much.

Would give 0 if i could dealt with very unprofessionally. Took a ring in to be sized and claw fixed. Lady went backwards and forwards with jeweller on site and agreed price there and then. Imagine my dismay when 2 days later received a call telling me that now all claws now needed doing and the price would be 4 x that all ready quoted and agreed in the jewellers at point of agreeing for them to do the work. Was extremely annoyed and matters made worse by giggly young sales assistant who thought it was funny when I went back to collect the ring and told them i didn’t want to deal with such unprofessional people! Can honestly say for a well known jewellers you let yourselves down very badly and have now taken my ring to another reputable jewellers who quoted less than half to do the complete job so shame on you all!!!! UPDATE The price was agreed at the time with the lady in the shop who kept going to the back of the shop to see the jeweller so clearly it was never looked at properly in the first place! And I was never told that the price was subject to yet another assessment of the ring! Why on earth would i want to talk to you now after the non professional attitude from your staff
