In all honesty I would not send my child to a school were there is a lack of professionalism amongst the staff. No safeguarding policy is handed out to new members of staff, no formal introduction either. As a headteacher of a school I would make it my utmost priority to communicate with new members of staff that have entered my school that will ultimately be supervising my children. The sheer disregard of this matter raises an issue for concern. It's a running theme of unprofessionalism, lack of manners and issues such as bullying being overlooked. Sadly, occurring in a few Islamic schools in London.
