    Really bad I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 5 weeks now and they have kept cancelling. Really annoying first they made me wait 2 weeks and then after this they said there’s no appointments available then after this booked me one and cancelled it!!!!!

    Have been registered here for a few years now and take all my family including two young boys. We see the same dentist for our 6/12 check ups, who’s always very understanding with the boys even when they can’t sit still. Efficient and to the point, can’t ask for much else. Attended today for hygienist apt, scale and polish 😱 which I hate but they were both lovely and put me at ease. Missed the regular ladies on the reception desk. Again very efficient and to the point. Thank you.

    Keeps getting worse every-time I attend. Aggressive switch to go to private instead of NHS to get seen quicker...you pay more money and get less service. It's awful. Been waiting 5 and a half months for a filling...on a private dentist plan. May as well have stayed with NHS.
