I guess i am a grumpy old chap. I do not like change. But i booked a appointment on behalf of my 94 years young neighbour for a covid booster this morning. They were busy ... I had pressed the option for call back. Wow i had a lovely surprise and the lady who called me back was wonderful, patient, and sounded very happy and most of all very helpful. I have been a patient for many years, and have found the staff to be awesome especially dealing with a grump like me. New Doctors and staff have appeared replacing those who have retired. Gatley, is a very busy health centre, and i have a lot of respect for the staff. Being busy means sometimes they may appear to be abrupt, but they have to see so many people and at times appointments may over run as they are dealing with a patient who is going through some horrible condition or health complication. On the whole i give Gatley 5***** because i have met some staff who are passionate about patient care, and a number of times from a simple consultation i have been admitted to Hospital for surgery. I am very happy with the team, and if i was not you would know about it. In all fairness its nice to give and recieve postive feedback. Also just tell the practice manager if your not happy so she can look into it and respond to you. Thanks again to all the staff, you are all appreciated more than you know. Michael Lobb

Very frustrated when i went for my appoitment last Friday, all the tech was down,so i couldnt have my appoiment as they coudnt get access to my notes. I had alot of things to talk about to the GP. The receptionist said that the surgery would be in touch as soon as normal service was resumed. I understand that things go wrong, but they should have a backup, for emergencies just like this. Pen and paper would suffice.

Waited nearly an hour to speak to a receptionist and when spoken to, Samantha was extremely rude and couldn't resolve a simple issue. She kept speaking over me and I've never experienced this sort of behaviour. Couple of my local friends also had an unpleasant experience with her. Disappointed.

Always found them to be helpful I've used them for over 40 years, yes everywhere could do better but I blame the system not the doctor's or staff they have been through a terrible time and if they are short on the phone imagine what they have been through I wouldn't like to do there job so I'm thankful of all the staff who have stayed in the NHS look at the bigger picture people
