A well established, honest and very trusting firm, who aren't hassling the customer for big deposits up front. Faultless service from start to finish. Recieved sound advice during initial survey meeting. Stove fitted by Andy and Tim, top lads who were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, practical and capable. They didn't stop working the whole day and installed stove exactly how we wanted it. Didnt leave a spot of mess. Can't recomend GAT Fire highly enough.

Gatfire fitted me with a stove & after 1 day fire cement fell out of flue contacted Steve no reply . Then baffle brick was broke in half & was told to push back together as no guarantee & it would be safe only to be told by cast tec the supplier it was dangerous. Customer service is a absolute joke from gatfire as no guarantee or warranty at all & 1 star is too much

The service I received was first class from first calling their office and being given all the information and different options available, and at an excellent price. And when the installers arrived to fit the stove they were extremely friendly and polite, and did an excellent job of the installation. A brilliant service from start to finish.

Despite their rather low key website, they provided a knowledgeable, friendly top class service at a very reasonable price (a lot less than 3 of their competitors quotes). An established family run business, that I would whole heartedly recommend to anyone. Even when its not that cold outside coming home to a real fire that actualy reduces my carbon footprint is such a treat.
