    The biggest scam of the decade. One day they will be in jail when the government investigates these companies. They charge you a fortune yet never attend to maintain the areas. they increase the fees as they like. We have residents cutting out communal grassed areas because they never turn up. We have only seen them twice in one year. When you sell the property they demand a huge sum of money to sell your property which you own freehold. It’s disgusting. A huge scam consisting of backhanders from property developers to these companies. The amount of profit they make is absurd. I now have a private law firm investigating this company

    Terrible company to deal with, almost impossible to get them to fix anything and when they do they use cheap low skilled workers who do a bodge job. The property managers are arrogant and NEVER follow through with promises to fix things or contact you. On top of that they charge a fortune, raise service prices to the maximum allowed every year even with no extra expenses. They also charge a fortune for things like window cleaning which never turn up, we pay hundreds for window cleaners each year and they haven't been for 2 years. Also for anyone reading their 5* reviews, notice they are all from third party business who have had b2b dealings with them (solicitors etc), all the reviews from people who actually live in properties they manage are 1* and say the same things. UPDATE: James/Gateway, you shouldn't be trying to track peoples account who leave you a negative review, if I wanted to complain to you I would have contacted you to register a complaint... again

    Terrible service, they quoted an amount for the year to our property builder, which won them the estate. They have since put the price up every year, sometimes twice a year, because they keep missing bits. Nearly £10,000 for management fees is ridiculous and they charge for each letter despite being in paperless world. They are a joke and the sooner we can get away from them, the better
