    If could leave no stars, I would. Frankie made the same complaint 7 MONTHS AGO and this problem is STILL ONGOING. No customer service, no effort to try and fix any of the problems after residents complained and we are always ‘passed on to another member of the service team’. Entrance doors are broken and open at all times. We have be targets of theft and damage has been done the doors by thieves and Gateway have not repaired and don’t seem to want to repair. I want to feel safe and to be able to have possessions that won’t go missing as a result of a housing association who don’t care. Zero stars.

    One of the worst Housing Associations ever. The new build blocks in Forest Gate had a security risk with homeless people living in the communal bin area taking drugs , this was reported to the Housing Association but the residents have not been updated. Instead there is a repair issue which has been ongoing for over three months as they are waiting for a "part". I would strongly advise people not to purchase a property ,forest gate is one of the highest crime areas in Newham. The Staff give the impression they don't want to work and take ten years dealing with any queries. There is no point going within the Housing Association , they know how to cover their tracks. This Housing Association needs to be investigated externally with their practices.
