Fantastic bike shop! Really friendly, knowledgeable & patient. Great atmosphere - a real buzz in the shop, with people coming in & out. And the adoreable two shop dogs! Soo friendly! We were staying nearby, on our honeymoon, & the dropper seatpost on my mountain bike became faulty - luckily we were carrying a spare & Getaway Cycles fitted in the swap that very morning! Thank you guys!

Absolute legends. Battery died on rear derailleur while on hols. Ordered a new battery for my e-tap Sunday night, picked it up Monday afternoon and they'd even had it on charge so i could pop it straight on the bike and get going again. Shop looked ace as well.

On a long ride across Wales with some friends, one of the group broke a rear gear cable. Luckily it was only 15 miles (mostly downhill) to Abergavenny, where the nice people at Gateway Cycles replaced the cable on the spot and charged a very fair fee for the job. Recommended!
