Fist time buying experience. I received fantastic service from Sam and got a deal that I am very happy with. At no point did I feel under any pressure and all my questions were answered clearly. This is a great dealership with loads of bikes and clothing to choose from. The only negative is the absence of a coffee shop which would be a good place to relax and contemplate which bike to buy.

From the first moment I bought my bike from Gateshead Harley Davidson (HD) to my last service yesterday (9th May 2023) I have received nothing but professional, polite and friendly service - this from all the Staff on the shop floor, Simon who transports and Ian & Shaun who service/repair the bikes. In such good hands I could not recommend Gateshead HD enough to anyone considering joining the family of happy bikers. Thank you very much, we Harley Davidson owners are in good hands.

Customer service at Gateshead Harley Davidson is in my opinion second to none. I’ve had several improvements on my bike and service etc all done efficiently and professionally by the Gateshead team. Must make a special mention to Bella in the Parts department who has always dealt with my queries, ordering parts, booking bike in etc and is an absolute pleasure to deal with, always keeping me informed of progress which makes the experience extremely hassle free.
