I previously used Ford Gates to lease a car; it was just before and during Covid, therefore the experience wasn’t fantastic, however this was mainly out of Gates control - none of us had been in that situation before. However this year my lease was up and I wanted another Fiesta under a finance plan. Mark Rose helped me from beginning to end, providing different options, answering all of my questions, and replying quickly to my emails. I’m incredibly pleased with my new car and I will definitely be using Ford Gates again.

Called up at 8:10am, pressed 2 for parts department, no one answered and after a couple of minutes I got an answer machine. So I called back, pressed 2 again and got through to a woman who kept interrupting me as I was trying to speak and she wasn’t even from the parts department even though I’d pressed 2 for parts department. So she passed me through to the parts department, who after 3 minutes didn’t answer (no answer machine this time?) so I hung up. Abysmal service. Take your business elsewhere.
