The service department were very unhelpful, I arrived at the site before 9am as instructed, and was told to 'dump the vehicle anywhere'. I booked my vehicle in for a diagnostic having told the operator all the symptoms. Only to be told that after one hour (£140) that they didn't know what was wrong with the vehicle other then reporting back the symptoms I had stated to them when booking the vehicle in! I was asked if I wanted them to do another hour investigation, again at £140 for a 'Master Technician' to continue looking at the vehicle. I declined, I asked Lloyd Rayner (Service Manager) for a full report on the checks that had been done....... I'm still waiting for it! I would steer clear of this dealership. When I called for an update at 4.30pm the vehicle hadn't even been looked at yet, but at 5.15pm they could say that they couldn't diagnose the problem! It makes me feel that this was a not really looked at as it was getting late in the day and they needed an excuse to keep the vehicle longer. And as the car had broken down and had to be recovered to them they could just make easy money! Unfortunately I can't give ZERO stars!!!
