Having done a lot of research on gate automation, quality and after sales service, I chose GatesGates. What an outstanding company and product!!! I purchased a Jet 24v 6m ram kit. The quality is not cheap, it's very well made and solid not like a lot of others ones out there. The add ons available covers everyones needs from a remote control to an intercom system. We had a couple of blips with its function which was down to our installation and contacted Lewis. His knowledge was outstanding and was happy to guide us through our error to be up and running. The system works fantastic and with the gsm module (which allows us to call the gates to open/close from our phone) even better too, its very quite and smooth and has work without hesitation through some just recent bad weather! If you want gate automation and fabulous after sales support, bluntly don't waste your time and money any further, Contact GatesGates!!!!!! Thank you

Returned unopened goods for refund and emailed seller same day to confirm the return. Seller denied the goods and sent my courier away. Reason given was return number not on post even through emailed seller day before to which they responded! goods now lost, all completely unnecessary. Seller charges a 20% restocking fee, be careful.
