Peter is a genius. He agreed to fit our Candy door seal after I had attempted to do so myself unsuccessfully. He arrived on time and is a friendly and helpful person, I was stood watching him (which was probably annoying) but he was quite happy to entertain my questions as I watched in wonder at his ability to make the job seem so simple. He did the entire job in around 30 minutes and tested for problems before leaving. He even helped me to replace the machine into the just large enough gap. Pete responded to a call out to repair our Hotpoint washing machine which is 10 years old and making an odd noise. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. After diagnosed he recommended that my Hotpoint washing machine too expensive to repair with the replacement part and best order a new washing machines. Pete identifying the right model for washing machine, providing quotes and agreeing the best date installation. On installation day. Pete arrived on time with brand new Bosch washing machine and free delivery service. He removed the old Hotpoint washing machine for recycling free of changed, installing the new one and giving me trips how to used new washing machine. Very efficient, friendly, good value and I pleased to support small local business and 5 stars. Would highly recommend to everyone.
