Have been here for a couple of weeks now and so far so good! The building is nice and far more modern compared to most, the apartment was clean and everything was in good condition, the extra amenities (reception, terrace garden, bike storage etc) are a great addition vs a typical landlord tenancy. Only (very minor) negative thing so far has been that the address is often not recognised by online postcode searchers e.g bank, utilities, takeaway places etc.

We called Gatehouse Apartments our home 2 years ago and since then we’ve been enjoying our new apartment. The staff is super friendly, amenities are great, building is well maintained and clean. Team fully look after us and we are very grateful for it. If you’re looking for a modern, well designed/maintained, peaceful and quiet place to call a home in the middle of city centre, gatehouse apartments is your best option!

We spent an amazing time at Gatehouse. We’ve lived there for a while, and for us the main points are the location and all the lovely staff. They were always glad to help you. Also, the flat is modern and the rooms have good space. It's worth mentioning that there’s a space you can use to work or study with Wi-Fi and heating, a well-equipped gym, CCTV, and even a rooftop for summertime, among other things that complement your experience there. If you are looking for a place in the city centre, don’t hesitate to contact them!!

Flats are beautiful , clean, and wonderful. Reception Staff is very professional , cooperative and very friendly.Staff is very helpful and kind for me to find my apartment. Even though I am a foreigner, they are always willing to help me with every situation I faced. I would definitely recommend a Flat in town to anyone looking for flat. I am happy a tenant. Strongly recommend a flat in town. I am really satisfied with the service provided by the team.

Undoubtedly one of the best places to live in Southampton central. The staff is also very helpful and they make sure all the issues are sorted asap. I think because of their efforts and location of the building, It is one of the sought after places to live. Alice, Hayley & Treasa is doing fab job to ensure resident feel safe and comfortable and they are very approachable.
