    My boiler needed replacing because it stopped working and I rang many companies who quoted ridiculous prices and timescales. I then contacted Gasworks and the engineer was very friendly, with a customer first attitude and arranged to inspect the situation that same day. The engineer was very knowledgeable and worked through the problem to resolution. The next day another engineer came and replaced the boiler fitting a more efficient boiler within half a day. Overall, all the interactions I had were pleasant and the finishing of the new installation was superb. I’m happy to have now found a reliable, honest and affordable plumbing company!

    Been using Gasworks London for a couple of years to service & maintain our boiler. At the last service a fault was found on our 17 year old boiler. Great service from them explaining the options, and advising it was probably best to replace instead of repair due to age & cost. Dave even took the time to visit after the servicing guy to talk though any concerns we had and check the piping given the age of the system. New boiler installed the same week by James, excellent work. Clean, tidy and professional. Definitely recommend them.

    Called Gasworks who asked us to text our details, this we did. They then responded to tell us that they would get back to us in a couple of days. After six days of hearing nothing we called them and was told they would call around Wednesday morning. No one showed up. No matter wht the situation anyone can make a thirty second phone call. Very poor.
