Arrogant head office sales techniques. Poor workmanship (first installation was shoddy (both workmanship and surround finish), second attempt by another fitter was not that much better. Our expensive 'High-end' fire has ended up being unusable after only 5 years, despite constant and regular 5-star servicing by professionals. Disappointing. Am now looking elsewhere.
