I would definitely recommend Gaswise. After talking to a company called Rightio, I Googled best boiler repair near me. Gaswise was in the top 3. Rang them at 5 pm. Melvin said he'd be there around 8.30 the next morning, and he was. My boiler had been making an unusual buzzing sound. Unfortunately, when Melvin arrived, the boiler wasn't making any sound, but he looked at it. It was overdue on the service, so he did that for a very reasonable price. Melvin also gave great advice on energy efficiency, like turning my water setting down slightly as I was heating it up only to have to add cold to wash dishes. I'm so pleased I chose Gaswise as they also saved me money as I'd originally contacted Rightio, who were charging almost 3 times the price before they'd even looked at the boiler. Great service, Gaswise. I'll be using you again.

Time waster, had a service booked for mid of the week. The engineer didn't arrive even 2 hours after the scheduled window, he didn't bother to contact me about it and advise of being late or request to reschedule so I emailed him to enquire if he would be still coming only to be told he was stuck on another job. We then agreed to reschedule for Saturday but yet again, nobody arrived and no contact was made. Do not use, very unprofessional and only wasting your time!

Great experience, our boiler broke down, the owner come out after a few hours, fixed the whole problem in under 30mins, professional and friendly. We are new to the area so unsure who to trust, if you are in a similar situation, know that you can trust this business, efficient, fast, fair price.
