    Came home after a 12 hour shift to find they had caped my gas , a few days prior they were going to arrange an out of hours service as I work the same as hours as themselves ,its now 11:03 I rung them at 8:00am and no one has returned my call despite chasing them onw hour ago. My council wont comment so ive not choice but to go to a hotel and let them pick up the costs PS ZERO STARTS NOT ONE BUT IT DOES NOT GIVE YOU THAT OPTION

    From the first phone call to the completion of the renewal of an outside gas pipe (was leaking and detected and turned off by Cadent), GasWay kept me informed and reassured as to the progress of the work carried out by two very proficient GasWay employees.     This Company is a Joke, they never return calls or emails, they leave people waiting for months on end with buckets of water in my boiler while they order the standard parts when i need a specilist part to fix a 1 year old boiler! they keep ordering the standard part, i have waited since the 9th Febuary its now the 11th April and its still leaking and not got new part to fix it. they dont have the ability to report further repairs on there internet system so you just get left and have to keep phoning to ask whats happening only to be told someone will call me back which never happens. the staff are not helpful they just use tactics to fob people off. they should be ashamed of themself.
