So far, so good. Small waiting times for appointments. Speedy and efficient. Staggered. Not used to being able to say anything positive about the NHS! Dr Liu of The Pain Clinic is the business! Top boss lady. The rest of the team were lovely too. Seriously, I'm usually treated like garbage by the NHS. St Thomas' is a cut above in professionalism and attitude.

Was meet by a nurse on my properative assesment who didn't even bother to learn my name. When on the phone with a coleague she said she doesn't know my name and gave her my hospital number instead. Furthermore she poked my vein twice and wasn't able to draw blood. An older colegue or her came and done it right. I was bargaining for almost all the necessary test to have them done. If it was fir their choice, they would just measure me, take my blood pressure an show me the door.
