1st Class Service. My boiler broke down this morning due to the cold weather. . I called loads of businesses to ask for a call out, nobody could fit me in. I told them my issues and fault codes and I didnt get any advice. I called Andy who advised he was booked up that day, after I explained the issue he asked for a photo of the boiler, he called back and suggested a few things to do which actually fixed my boiler. This was free of charge and no call out fee. Absolute first class service, very helpful honest and professional.

Boiler not working I called a mate who recommended Gas mark one The chap turned up he was very polite and said lets have a look I made him a brew and I was working in the other room I left him to it in the kitchen. 40 mins later knock at the living room door. "All done" The chap even washed his cup Great service Great price
