    From first contact with this business I found the office staff very polite and very accommodating when trying to book my initial assessment appointment. Once requitements were seen at my home I had a quote within 24 hours The plumbers when they came were punctual, polite understanding of my requirements and very tidy and keen to clean up and put furniture back in place I am very pleased with the the end result and my new radiators are heating the house very efficiently Old radiators were also taken away which could be a major benefit to some people.     This business set us back weeks, telling us the day before they were due that the parts hadn't arrived. We had to rearrange all the other trades and agreed a new date. They turned up eventually but completed only half the job. No electric radiators replaced, no bathroom lights replaced. Front door handle broken. No communication at all,found out after the event once they had left. Obviously didn't forget to invoice us! Will never use them again.
