Amazing service. A problem with my heating was resolved within 20 minutes. Not only that but I was given advice on how to save on my hot water bills and how to fix the problem myself if it happens again. Also only charged the bare minimum call out cost for the work and advice. This is the second time I've used Gascraft and I highly recommend them

What a fantastic experience of Gascraft. We were put onto them by the local heroes programme through British Gas. They came out and worked on the initial fault for a fair price, but then identified a further much more expensive fault. They talked me through how to avoid having to pay the better part of £600 which I would have been paying them. You know you can trust a business when they aren't just trying to take your money. Would definitely recommend and I'll be using them again.
