I recently worked with them in an attempt to purchase a property. Despite several meetings and numerous emails, I was ultimately unable to complete the purchase due to the lack of attention and support from the estate agent. They seemed disorganized and often failed to provide me with complete or accurate information, which caused delays and confusion throughout the process. Additionally, I found that they were unresponsive to my calls and emails, which further hindered my ability to move forward with the purchase. In the end, I was forced to walk away from the deal due to their inability to effectively manage the process. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from them and would not recommend them to others.

It's all well and good having a glossy video regarding company policy in respect to customers. But its worthless if certain staff members act like a loss cannon and totally disregard company policies and not acting in the interest of there client. Personally I would imagine some Gascoigne Halman staff have difficulty lying straight in bed. Because they have no principles.
