James was professional, but also personable with his approach and pitch. Excellent photographer on top to showcase your house at the best it can be. Highly recommended and you can see they 'gauge the market' in the best insight of knowledge, as you hardly see them reducing price on properties unlike other agencies at the moment in the M20 postcode! :-)
