Well, I was a bit worried today because the delivery was super fast however, it was split into two parts. After I received the first one, I thought the worst, especially when I tried to contact Gas UK all day. I have to say, their ability to respond to calls is far from the best; I never managed to talk to anyone. Yet, I couldn't have been more wrong with all my negative thoughts. In the end, I received everything, and it's really nice quality, especially the valve. The only thing I noticed is that the PSI is not what I was told. I was informed it was 220 PSI, yet I received just under 200 PSI. I am currently connecting everything, and I'm confident it is pure-grade Nitrogen since I ordered it specifically to avoid any potential damage or breakage to my CNC machine. As a new customer, if everything goes well, I will definitely continue to use them as a supplier in the future.

I have been on the phone one hour and hafe Saturday. Now trying again. Monday phoning again. If you are not in please say so. I am losing the will to live. Still on the phone from 9.15. Now 10am. My combi boiled is not working. And no gas cylinder.

Make It Fix It
Paid for pick up early yesterday, told pick up would be today between 9 and 5, guess what !! no pick up today, wasted the day waiting. Bottle deposit was 75 quid...charge for pick up and admin is 35 quid....One more company I have sacked....Much better service from a local company I've been using for a while...bye bye UK GAS....you're full of it !!!

Had a few issues with 18kg propane not being a full bottle, when its full you have a job to pick them up and no movement of liquid , other times pick them up easy and you feel liquid moving about. Need to check before taking.

Oi! Short changed me 30 bar of pure argon, doesn't answer calls, emails, the "call me back" fill out on their website. Not particularly happy so far, I'm not sure if I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and try a second bottle when this one runs out, because they clearly don't care as they won't pick up the phone.

Company charge £60 per bottle refundable deposit. What they do not disclose at this time is that a courier charge is required in order to retrieve the bottle back, despite me being told on the phone when ordering a replacement, I could just give the driver my old bottle. So fair enough, Paid £27 per bottle to return on the same truck, with no instructions over the phone to package the gas bottle up. Just received a total refund of £90, opposed to £120 as they have charged me £15 per bottle to receive both items back unpackaged. Let’s face it, gas bottles clearly have such a beautiful presence that them being delivered unpackaged is obviously an inconvenience… Won’t be using again as have constantly let me down, dreadful customer service times on phone and email response. Do not recommend.

Ordered a part that turned out to be faulty. Numerous calls before someone answered. Was told to email a pic and would be delt with straight away. No response so tried calling again today and no answer. Poor customer service and it seems a lot of reviews agree. Avoid. Update - I was contacted a week after this review and told a replacement would be sent out for delivery the following day. Never received. Tried calling a couple more times and no answer. Ive given up and bought locally. Avoid.
