  It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Stan! My boiler broke down on a weekend, and I called him for the first time ever. Initially, he committed to come on Monday, but when I explained to him that I have two young kids and urgently needed hot water, he agreed to work on the weekend at the same usual fare. He arrived promptly and methodically isolated the issue, providing a tactical solution so that we could have hot water until the necessary spares were ordered and delivered. To go above and beyond his work, he even lent us a spare knob from his own boiler to reset the system if needed. Stan took complete responsibility for our issues, and it's rare to find such a dedicated professional. I have no doubt that I will engage with him in the future for all my boiler/plumbing needs.

  I can highly recommend the company, they are honest, reliable and do a good job. Stan has been looking after my old boiler for a few years and helped prolong its life as fas as possible. Last week he installed a new boiler and completed all as planned and quoted. He also did a couple of odd jobs, such as replacing a leaking hose on the washing machine and cementing a few holes in the brick work that he noticed as he was doing the job.

  Stan came over to give me a quote. I didn’t know whether I was moving my boiler or simply replacing it. He arrived on time and was very respectful of me and my flat. He was professional. He provided me with the quotes I requested even with very little information from my disorganised self.
