We had a group booking for 14 people for dinner and they chose not to tell us beforehand that their chef wasn't in that evening so there was an extremely limited menu that didn't consider the vegan members of our party. They denied any responsibility saying that we hadn't specified that we'd want to eat even though this was well before 19:30 and didn't offer any alternative complimentary service (eg. Discounted drinks) as a matter of courtesy for the inconvenience. Will never visit this place again and feel sorry for anyone else that does.

2* for the atmosphere (nicely decorated). 1* for everything else. They didn't let us know the chef hadn't turned up, and so a group of 14 arrived with no food options. I lie. They offered us their expensive platters, but without any consideration for the potential birthday night-ruining inconvenience, i.e., no solution to make things right, we had to leave for elsewhere. A few stayed behind to finish the cocktails they were coerced into buying, and the staff were clear it was our fault, which continues to leave a sour taste in our mouth. The only taste we'll leave with. Considering they don't need any chef to serve platters, I'd avoid them. Tried to go independent and support local in this time but had to opt for Pizza Express.

Planned to have a meal there on Saturday evening. Service was poor and we felt rushed so only had drinks. Place looked gloomy and we were made to feel uncomfortable. Won't go there again!
