I ordered a 47 kg bottle and at no point was I asked whether I needed Calor or Flo. As I have a Flo bottle they refused to leave the gas on delivery. Having paid full price my refund was without the delivery charge. When the fault was not mine this stinks. Very unhappy. Will not not use nor recommend anyone to use this poor firm.

Products are cheap. Opening hours are a bit disappointing. Once you get to know. . . The people, fork lift drivers are working ( As hands on working class people have to.) and the trucks being loaded and unloaded. Nice staff and good prices are worth the 10 mile drive.
