We placed an order on Tuesday and was advised it would be delivered Friday. Friday there was no delivery and nobody answered the phone in the afternoon. First thing Monday when we called they said it was out for delivery. When we called at 3.30 in the afternoon they said it was not out for delivery and it would be out Tuesday. Tuesday when we phoned they said it was not out as planning had already been done by 3.30 in the afternoon and the truck was full. Then we were told that without telling us the whole order had been moved as 1 item was out of stock. Now we cannot carry out any cutting or welding as we do not have any gas.
