Had 5 radiators replaced after technician verified low pressure / generally age-related issues to the dials. Was in and out under 4 hours, tidied up perfectly and very professional throughout. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for service.

I wish I could give minus or Zero, I had my boiler installed with the booklet that came with the boiler which is different so no idea how to deal with the boiler if there are any issue , I paid for the most expensive boiler to get the cheapest service. PLEASE do not use this company , I wish I had looked into the reviews before using this company. I trusted Scottish Power who recommended the company and I was very wrong and I should have done my search before using this company

If i could give a zero i would. Leaving a family with disabled children without heating and sometimes even without water for days and weeks on end where gas call services fail to attend emergency appointments or forget to order parts or just dont carry parts often required to fix even simple jobs. Rude customer services and no care what damages they are doing to a disabled persons quality of life. Absolutely disgusted with gas call services. This isnt even a one off its constant over a period of several years. Either do the job your paid to do in the timescale set out in your contract or give the contract up so a more competent company who care can do it properly.

They installed a system boiler for me, and when I had it serviced it turned up they inverted the reversed flow and return pipes, among other mistaked. That damaged the heat exchanger and AAV. When teh Worcester Boiler engineer came to fix the boiler, he certified that the boier is "At Risk Situation (Danger Do Not Use) - Permission To Turn Off Gas Supply Refused. Flue Not Sealed To The Fabric Of The Building." I emailed them several times and called them, but nobody ever got back to me about carrying out a fix to teh installation to make it legal and safe. I just reported them to GAS SAFE. I hope they'll do something about these people.

My newly installed boiler (4 days ago!) no longer works and trying to get an engineer out to fix it proves to be a real nightmare. On the positive side I have to say that the original installation appeared(!) to have been done professionally. The guys were friendly and seemed to do a solid job, cleaning up after themselves and even insulated the condensate pipe (other properties in the neighbourhood just have a plastic pipe). The new thermostat, however, couldn’t be installed, but an electrician would be sent out the following day to fix. Three(!) days later the electrician arrived and connected the thermostat plus receiver. That’s when the problems started… Less than two hours after the installation I noticed that there was no hot water coming from the tap. And the control panel on the front of the boiler had gone completely black and would come back to life! I phoned local offices, but ended up in never ending loops. I phoned the central support in Glasgow under the number given on GasCalls website and had some bizarre conversations. Initially I was told that they don’t cover my area, which isn’t true. They took my details and promised me a call from the ‘relevant’ office. An hour later I phoned again, still not having received any call/update… and the same story,,, we have no records, we don’t cover your ‘area’… whilst I was holding the contract in my hand. Only after being insistent and being put on hold, the agent then confirmed that my details had been passed onto ‘Colin’, but she could not give me his department details… she just assumed he was a supervisor for these cases. He would call me ASAP. This was 5 hours ago. And having this call doesn’t mean I will have an engineer on my doorstep! And let’s not forget they advertise and praise their 24/7 365 day support on their website!

The engineer who fitted the boiler (Jack) was brilliant. Very friendly and cleaned up after himself. Got the the new boiler fitted in a day as promised - despite having to go for extra parts. Only point off was for some poor communication from the office - had to chase up a few times re: appointments. But other than that all was great.

I had a very bad experience. Engineer came and did a lot of damage. I tried to get some compensation for the damage he caused (without consent) but they just disregarded my feedback and the pictures I sent. Repairing the damage caused as much as the installation. Shocking.
