Used before for washer and were brilliant. Came same day and sorted problem. So when I had issues with cooker recently I didn’t hesitate to contact them. Said they would come that afternoon or failing that the day after. Needless to say they didn’t come that afternoon. No message given. We contacted next day after another no show and no phone call. Engineer answered and said there wasn’t even a log of the job!! Got someone else who sorted quickly and professionally. Won’t use again. Can’t recommend. Poor customer service.
