Luke does things a little bit differently. He prefers to use email to communicate and expect to wait a day after you pay if you pay via bank transfer to get your vehicle because he likes to make sure payment has cleared before collection. I assume he got burnt back in the days where internet banking took days and now he is set in his ways. Other than that he knows his stuff and does a very good job. I would say he is much better than Kombi Classics because it's hit and miss with them. If the owner at Kombi Classics does the work it's perfect but if his staff do it's often a catastrophe. With Luke at Gary Angell it's just him so it's always good.
