After 2 months I had a knocking on the right hand side and struggling to get it into reverse, I payed £80 for 3 months warranty as it didn’t come with any as standard, it was near closing time when we brought the car but they pushed the warranty but it turns out it only covers engine and gear box, we didn’t have time to read everything on the day as they were closing but they should have told us it was a very limited warranty, not happy at all.

Cheap cars but slimy service. They lied and omitted details about the car I bought before I got there. Seemed like they would say anything to sell the car. I still bought it as it was cheap. Drove 2 minutes down the road and the engine management light came on. Aftercare is probably the worst I have experienced.

Please, I ask if you DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE. If you are even slightly tempted spend just a few minutes scrolling down the reviews on this place. You will most likely be unhappy, you will be very stressed, it will get very costly and it’s probable you’re driving a car not fit to be in. The abridged version - got a car, got it home, next morning flat tyre. No issues, helpful garage, pays for it - I get it fixed. Sweet!!! Next day flat tyre… Garage less excited, take it in to my local tyre place, they confirm an issue with the trim blah blah blah. Dealer is then less helpful. Let me remind you we are only 72 hr in. Ring Zuto they slap wrists, garage comes out to collect to car. Few days later brings it back, tyre sorted. Job done. Amazing!!! Next week heating system falls apart. By just over one month gasket blows. Now I want to return the car. Garage does not want car. Baring in mind in a month and half I’ve had it on the road about two weeks. Get towed home from a long trip, garage doesn’t want to know as outside of warranty. Call Zuto and then I get an independent check done. Wow. 10 issues plus asking me if I knew the cad was a Kat write off ✒️. Now I surely do not want this car. Garage won’t refund, I am the liar, blah. Zuto step in garage collects car. Garage told not to repair car by myself and Zuto , garage tried to repair car so they don’t have to refund. That doesn’t work. Zuto sends legal challenge. Then for two months this drags on, they won’t respond to Zuto. Legal action is threatens once, they ignore. Legal action twice and weeks later they buckle. Great for Zuto. For me I have lost hundreds, I have made more calls to Z than I can count. I’ve wasted so much time and lost so much money. They won’t listen to you, they will talk over you, they will covert. My car had was a write off the last MOT had been falsified. Issues reported from the year before were listed on my review from a mechanic. They lie, it is dangerous lies, it costs people lots of money. If you really need a car, don’t let your impulsive behaviour put yourself through this. They need to be removed, they make a business on dodgy cars.

Hi.... well it all seemed great while they wanted my money ... couldn't do enough... but once they had it, couldn't give a dam ... ive tried calling and messaging as I was promised a warranty and that details would be sent through and 5 weeks later... STILL NOTHING... customer care non existent... NOW THE CAR HAS AN ISSUE & NO WARRANTY.... BE VERY CAREFUL . UPDATE: Eventually they answered one of my messages and when I explained that I'd taken it to a local trusted garage, they found that all the brakes were in a terrible condition and cost nearly £700 to replace them and they wouldn't pay anything towards it and their answer... 'Go to trading standards'... They just don't care about standards or customer care... you've been warned ⚠️
