**Please note update below** Called today for help with a problem with our £8500 doors fitted in March 2021. Unfortunately the installer Ellis Phillip Construction, who said 5 months ago its 'just a bit of paint' hasn't done anything about it since being notified and Garrard windows say they will only accept pictures of the fault from the installer, not directly from me, a little difficult as they are now unresponsive. Disappointing that Garrard are not a little more concerned about their product failing so quickly......So here's some images that may help you decipher what the problem is with my doors. Feel free to get back to me anytime soon. Should I also try Facebook ** Garrards (Liam) have since been in touch and could not have been more helpful. Seems the materials were at fault when they received them prior to their assembly. They have booked a repair in quickly and apologised. I realise my contract is not with them so am very grateful they have been so accommodating**

Recently we made a mistake in submitting to them what we needed and only found out on the installation day. Garrards were able to fabricate what we needed and delivered this to our warehouse on the SAME DAY, within a matter of hours! All the staff have a fantastic ethos and always have their customers in mind. We hope our relationship with them continues to grow.
