Very Bad Experience and unprofessional Agent. After waiting for a whole month and sending in all my documenation , was advised last week my offer was accepted and I received memo terms from the agent by email and congratulating me and asking me to complete asap . Next day i get a call from the agent saying higher offer received and i lost the property. i asked why wasn't the property taken off the market when my offer was accepted more than a week ago ! no reply other than if i want the property i need to increase the offer. Of course if i increase the offer , my concern will be half way through the process this happens again and again and i would have incured a lot of cost with legals etc.

They don't came to fix tings, they all the time telling somebody is gone contact you to arrange an appointment...and it past 5 months...they make my feel bad because I'm paying the rent in time every single month..i make my duty they don't

I didn't have good experiences with Garness Jones. The company managed the building where I owned the lease on a flat. Prices kept going up up and up, and getting work done to a good standard was very rare. Lots of work/repairs was a bodge. I was glad when i sold the property. DO NOT EVER BUY A LEASEHOLD PROPERTY. You will only regret it.
