I got in touch with Patrick De Silva with regards to looking into purchasing a used vehicle. I could tell simply from his introduction that I would be dealt with professionally and with great care, which put me at ease. We exchanged the occasional joke and laughter I knew I was dealing with the right person. He took to my many questions and got back to me within the hour with answers. I requested a video of a vehicle that was yet to be put on the website with images and he was prompt with my request of a personal video showing me the interior and exterior. He went above and beyond with finding the little quirks of delivery cost making it an easy experience for me. He then checked up with me again and answered any more questions that I had. I received a follow up call the next day and when I let him know that I have decided to go with a vehicle that came within my budget he completely understood and said he was available if I had any more questions or found myself in a different position to purchase from him. Really enjoyed the interaction with Patrick, such pleasant customer care. Do recommend Garland Motors, especially Patrick if you are looking to buy a used vehicle. Maha.

Brandon was a pleasure to do business with and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and not at all pushy unlike some other dealerships we had visited.
