I am so pleased with the treatment myself and my daughter have received at Garforth Medical Centre. Whenever we've needed to see someone, the reception staff have booked us in for an appointment that same day. All the staff are lovely; we are especially happy with the genuine care shown by the doctors- whenever we visit they all make a fantastic effort with my little girl to make her feel comfortable there and they have even followed up with us the next day to ensure she is okay. I feel lucky to have them.

I have found the receptionists to be very courteous and caring in their manner. Although there can be a long appointment booking queue on the phone at 8am, I have never been unable to get an appointment once through the queue. I'd recommend this GP practice.

Always had great service. From the person answering the phone to the person taking the actual appointment. Never had any issues getting an appointment. Last year when I went through a difficult time all the people booking appts and the GPS I spoke to were great, which really helped when I felt let down by the hospital. Recently been diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes. Saw the diabetes nurse at the surgery who explained everything so simple and helped me when struggling with readings. It made such a difference. Thank you all!

They lost my records, the GP was rude, I got sent to the wrong surgery they also own without apologising for wasting my petrol, and my last consultation to diagnose an infection was literally 30 seconds long without asking what happened. I'm moving to another clinic now.

Reception staff require urgent customer service training as they are rude , do not take the time to listen and talk over you repeatedly, very worrying indeed as this inevitably leads to communication difficulties and confusion. Hoping this feedback is helpful and to receive an early positive response ,would definitely not want another family to be on the receiving end of this service, more than happy to provide details for learning and to try to avoid the formal complaint process .
