Unable to give a time when dropping the hot tub off. Therefore, had to chase. Came to collect Thursday when we had paid until Friday. I then got confused my self around the booking and was sent numerous messages asking to confirm when the £30 would be sent for the extra night. But luckily I realised I had booked mon to Friday. But still demented £30 extra. Hot tub was then collected at 8.30am on the Friday. The hot tub couldn’t be used Monday as not hot and then didn’t heat up on the Thursday so we had for two days. Appalling customer service. Will not use again. Not interested in the hot tub not working just the money. Wasted 165 for the two days it worked. Got told to fill kettles up to heat it up. You don’t want to be doing this when paid £165.

Great Hot tub and the guys were helpful and friendly on arrival. As we were the last to be delivered that day they let us have an extra night which was kind. Hot tub worked very well with no issues and helped a relaxing few days. Just be warned- the chaps cant set an exact time to deliver so as long as you're aware of this and can be somewhat flexible you wont be disappointed. It does state this on the website clearly. Will be using you guys again in future! Thank you!

These made the party so good it took me a few days to recover. Provided two hot tubs and three awnings, which helped us have a party to remember. Friendly owner who came to set up and dismantle. Good price.

If there was a lower rating than one star I would have gone with it. My daughter booked a hot tub for my granddaughter's 11th birthday, it should have been delivered at 12pm yesterday. She text to confirm delivery on Wednesday and they told her it would be there. 12 came and went with no communication at all. At 14.00 they rang to find out where it was and were told 40 minutes, the next time they rang they were told an hour. At no point was there any communication initiated by the company, my daughter had to ring and text several times to get any response. At 18.30 she was told the van had broken down and she could have a refund or book another week. No apology, no offer to find a way to get a hot tub to them, she has a party this evening for her 11 year old and has no hot tub. Appalling customer service.
