We had been recommended that this company was good, how disappointed were we when despite them coming to quote for work and after chasing a few times they didnt even bother to supply a quotation. What a waste of time, clearly the work is not needed. Shame, as we try to support local businesses. Finally managed to find another local company that were more than willing to help and advise.

I would definitely not recommend Gardeneer for landscaping. Do not believe their glossy literature and 10 point promise, and do not pay the massive deposit (half the quoted price) as I foolishly did, you are then entirely at their mercy. It is possible that they do a good job - I wouldn't know, they failed to turn up halfway through so I gave up on them and got someone else in - but their 'customer service' is laughable, they seemed to forget about my job for long periods, didn't keep me updated, and didn't apologise when it all went wrong. A very stressful and unsatisfactory experience.
