Managed to order and get our shed put up during all the Covid disruption so were quite pleased. The problems came afterwards. We were contacted after installation being asked to pay an extra £100 as it took longer than expected to construct. I politely declined as they quoted a price which we agreed to. Then I was very shocked to be contacted 18 months later saying that we had underpaid and it had been noticed on their audit! We paid exactly what we were asked to pay immediately and genuinely hadn’t realised we had underpaid, never once were we contacted about this in 18 months. I was less than impressed to have to find £220 to send over to them so long after the work was done. Seems to be quite shambolic behind the scenes so I would suggest going elsewhere for your shed.

Went to their Haslemere Garden Center showroom 3 weeks ago and left my details - no response, my details were never passed to sales. Emailed the owner directly with my details and nature of enquiry - no response. Phoned the office number and told the lady I spoke to that I'd left my details at the showroom and had since emailed the owner directly but got no reply to either, she advised 'I've been off for 3 weeks and this place falls apart when I'm not here'; anyway, gave my requirements and contact details again to the sales person. Was promised a quote that evening / next morning - no quote. Called back a week later chasing the qoute - was told the sales lady is either working from home or on holiday today - they couldn't say for sure, and I should email the admin@ address. Gave up at this point, if they are this incompetent dealing with a simple sales enquiry then I dread to think how they'd be able to cope with laying a foundation and erecting a garden room properly.

In 2020 we contacted Garden Vista about a garden room for our home. We had done a lot of research and after an initial consultation with James we decided to proceed with the garden room. The construction took about 3-4 weeks and although we did have some minor issues that were resolved immediately the whole team from initial consultation to completion were superb. We are very happy with the garden room and would thoroughly recommend Garden Vista to anyone thinking of a similar project.

Installed an articial lawn. Gave poor advice and even poorer execution. There is a very prominent seem running across the lawn which completely ruins the look, even after over 12 months of tread. Mr Bligh refuses to sort out the problem and does not answer my letters. I do not recommend this company; he is not a member of any trade association for nothing.

Being my local supplier, I ordered a greenhouse, concrete hard standing and installation from this company. To be fair, some six weeks after ordering it (We were promised 2/3 weeks) the greenhouse and hard standing are now installed and to a very good standard. However, the route to getting the job done has been incredibly stressful and has taken much of both mine and my wifes time to finally get the job completed. It has taken dozens of phone calls (Many ignored), several arguments, centred around many appointment changes, delivery delays and wrong delivery by this supplier in order to get the job completed. I have never been considered a bad customer by anyone, and I have carefully gone through all events before writing this review. In short, getting Voice Ground Care to do the job I paid them to do (Much of it in advance) has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. They were to be my company of choice in developing the bottom half of my garden. Following the ludicrous greenhouse experience, I shall never use them again. I was very poorly served.
