Booked in for 2 sofa clean for 1.30 got to 3.00 and no show , rang and left msg also txt msg as told ..nothing back, rand home number after 6 ,no answer and told could not leave msg. Still no call back to say why she couldn't be bothered to turn up. Avoid this clown and go to a professional.
