I had the airflow cleaning treatment done here and it was excellent. The service and care that I was shown was great from beginning to end and I would take my family members here in the future for treatments. Highly recommended Garden Square Dental Practice.

Went there for a teeth cleaning. I’m traveling, picked this one because of the high reviews. The first sign that something must be wrong was that the person performing the cleaning (apparently a hygienist, and not a dentist), did not notice that I had fillings after cavities- something that professional dentists notice. When I said I have, she said that it must’ve been performed professionally; I should’ve paid attention to the surprise I had (do they not do these as professionally there?). My teeth are not quite straight and some are pretty clinched together, with one over another, there isn’t really space between some of them. At some point, the person performing the cleaning started using a metal pick to make holes between the teeth. I really don’t want for there to be space between the teeth or teeth roots, even if that makes cleaning them with floss easier; I have acid reflux, so any damage to the teeth means it will be easier for them to decay due to the acid; I’ve had restorative treatment for the surface of the teeth before. Now there is a visible distance between the roots of the teeth. The person performing the treatment said that it’s how I’m “designed to be”. And mentioned that she still likes doing that (using the pick), like in the old days. Like, what? How’s the “design” relevant? I’m there for medical services and not for your religion. Why are you doing something modern professionals don’t??? The holes weren’t there before, which I was happy about. None of the dentists I’ve interacted with before suggested making holes between the teeth. I don’t believe in the professionalism of this clinic and am extremely dissatisfied.

Garden Square Dental has been my go-to dentist for four years. There couldn't be a nicer, more professional practice in all of the UK. But what I want to shout about is Dr Sofi's expertise in bonding. I felt that my teeth were ageing me and Dr Sofi worked her magic and transformed my smile. Every time I look in the mirror I silently thank her.

I’ve visited this practice twice now. So far this is by far the best dental practice I’ve encountered in 26 years living in London- with all aspects available in-house, including periodontal. My direct experience has been with the premier dentist Dr. Saeed a very knowledgeable; skilled and genuine individual. The reception is also consistently professional, efficient and welcoming. Feeling one’s interests are genuinely being taken care of is quite rare in my opinion, and ‘old school’ and makes them rise above all others for me.. A gem.
