Our daughters organised our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We had to be ready at a certain time on the day. Along came this classic Armstrong Siddely car with a wedding ribbon decorating its bonnet driven by Niall; It looked fabulous. Apparently it was a Lancaster model. He drove us from our house in Lordswood and later he took us along Capstone Road , past the park and here it is like a Victorian lane running between the fields. It was fabulous and the sun was shining. We eventually arrived at one of our daughters houses where the celebrations continued. Niall was a true gentleman who wished us well. The Armstrong has some special significance for my Mum's side of the family as my grandfather had the same car many years ago, and it was a very proud possession! We booked the adorable 1957 Renault Dauphine for our wedding day in London and it was just perfect for us. You can certainly tell the interiors were beautifully designed by Parisienne fashion designers and the car looks amazing in our wedding photos. Tim, our chauffeur, was a delight too! We also appreciate the fact that their website is nicely laid out with good photos and clear information about the packages on offer. Organising a wedding is stressful enough, so it is massive pet peeve of ours when we have to contact for more info/photos and the website is outdated.
