Absolutely disgraceful. They visited to discuss a garden irrigation system that has some faults and needs work. This was in autumn last year. They then said they don't work in winter and would return in spring to start and would fix it. It's now almost April so I called and they gave me a date and time eventually. This was my child's birthday but given the urgency we waited for the 8-9am slot. They didn't turn up. I called and they said they will come end of the day around 4pm. They didn't turn up. Ruined my child's birthday rushing back for them to not turn up. Disgraceful. They didn't answer any calls and failed to respond until they text messaged me asking for my email address. The email I just received said there's a major fault, it needs serious work and they don't have time to do it. So I've waited SIX months to be told what we already knew and they are too busy. Great. What an absolute shambles. They won't return any call. AVOID like the plague
