A great service end to end. The initial design phase with Keila was enjoyable, stress free and simple - talking about various options, Keila came back quickly with the costs, provided helpful visuals and also had great garden design and plant recommendations too from Beth. It's worth paying a visit to their showroom if you can, to make this stage easier as you can see the various options on display. The installation phase - went very smoothly - professional team, no hassle at all, quick, cleaned up after themselves and super friendly. Installed when they said it would, no messing around. Overall - brilliant and would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of having a canopy with or without some garden design.

We were fortunate to discover Garden House Design online. From the very beginning, we were treated to a thoroughly professional experience. Keila was extremely knowledgeable about the product and helped us to refine our ideas so that the colours and design would work well with our existing house. Rob visited our house during the planning phase and helped us to take our key requirements into consideration. Once again, it was an enjoyable and thoroughly professional experience. Once we moved into the build phase, Keila kept us up to speed with progress. All ground works were planned in advance, and executed on time. The construction itself is almost like magic - a massive crate was delivered, and in 3 days, Rob and the team brought the design to life. The team worked as if orchestrated to a schedule, no matter the weather - and we had rain, snow and shine. This took the team 3 days due to the size of the canopy that we had ordered. After installation, we had a few issues with the blind motors, but this was quickly resolved by the team visiting again. And they took care to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. This has been one of the best upgrades that we could possibly have dreamt of for our house. It has helped us enjoy outdoor space in a way that we never thought possible before. Our final design incorporated three blinds, heaters and the amazing louvred roof. I cannot recommend Garden House Design enough. You will not be disappointed with either the service or the product. Through their personal service, Rob and his amazing team feel more like special friends than suppliers.

I cannot thank Rod Winrow and the team at Garden House Design enough for the amazing job they’ve done for us with the landscaping of our front and back gardens. This was a large, complex job, with a high need for quality of delivery, and a real potential for the project to overrun. Our biggest fear for the project was that work would start, but that work on site would be intermittent. Instead, Garden House Design approached the project with total focus and thoughtfulness, with exceptional attention to detail, and with a flexible, willing approach that focused on delivering a great end result, and that has been a pleasure to deal with. The results of their work are stunning, and have been much admired by people walking on the East Preston greensward!
