Please note this is the first bad feedback I have ever given.I have found GHS brilliant in the past. However when I needed a part urgently I decided to make a visit in person. This involved a round trip of over 100 miles after finding address a large warehouse in the country no reception found an employee obviously on lunch break .He said we deal online only and couldn't help me reluctantly after explaining we had travelled over 60 miles and had dealt with them many times he asked what was the engine number this I did not know but had the faulty part a carburettor in my hand. He said only one person could help me but he was too busy to see or help me what terrible service needless to say we or my son will never use them again

Avoid at all costs if you are hoping for delivery in a timely fashion. They are not too fussed once they have taken your money - Blame Royal Mail - Standard response is " You will receive your order as to when you will receive it they don't really know or care !!!!!
