Garden Gurus carried out an extensive renovation project on our garden. They delivered exactly what we had imagined it would look like. We were so impressed with the skill and dedication that went into the work. Everyone who worked on it was a pleasure to have in our home, professional and polite. Landscaper Dom took much care over the extensive paving and levelling work, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent delivery of the project. In my opinion, the marks of a well run project are not having to question the quality of the work, things happening when expected, the correct materials arriving when required, not living with constant mess, and tradesmen who actually want to be on the job. Working with Garden Gurus has been all of those things.

Mike and his team have done a brilliant drop creating our new front drive area. They already have created a fab patio for us during lockdown. this was a big job that took over 3 weeks the team worked so hard starting early every day and cleaning up at the end of the day. the drive looks amazing, we are so happy with their work and will be using them again for more gsrden design work. Used Garden Gurus to pave front and back, and install fences. Quoted a price which was quickly increased, as I was told I hadn't measured the patio area correctly, which I expected they would do. Excess materials were bought and I had to ask for a refund for the unnecessary fence panels etc. The cost of the tiles nearly doubled, and having paid for them all the leftover tiles were 'thrown in the bin' despite being worth hundreds of pounds. Work quality is poor too, with water pooling and some of the slabs coming loose. Would not recommend.

Mike from Garden Gurus arranged a time for a site visit. He did not bother notifying us that he won't be able to make it, instead just didn't bother turning up! When I then called to find out if he will be attending our appointment, he just fobbed us off without either apologising or offering to re-schedule. When I tried calling back to reschedule, he didn't even pick up. Clearly does not need the business. Very disappointing, particularly from a local business!
