We retained Mark Symes, direct access, for an EEA FM case. We were initially worried that we were not in a position to provide some important evidence in such cases but thanks to Mark’s in-depth knowledge of the relevant law and procedure, the issues and the strategy to win the case were critically outlined. Then, his assistance Lucy, went above and beyond, in assisting to prepare cogent evidence for a strong case.
