Door ordered in June for 2-4week fitting. Fitted today, end of August. The door fitted today has packers all the way around as it was measured incorrectly. The frame colour does not match the door colour. The door has to be closed manually - it gets 3/4 of the way down and bounces back open. Someone supposed to be coming back out to have a look. I'll update this review with their resolution. An engineer came to the house the following day to sort this out. Full credit to the company. They had a member of staff unwell and a subcontractor fitted the door. The company have sent their own engineer. Couldn't be happier with the aftercare. They obviously care about their reputation. Well done. Wow. We now have the door we ordered. Looks fantastic, works perfectly. Superb aftercare.
