  I cannot speak highly enough of this company, There was no pressure from Bruce who conducted the survey and provided me with information on various door types. The garage door arrived before my expected date which was great. On the morning they fitted the door the fitters arrived on time and for the duration of their time fitting the door they were polite, courteous and professional, once the door was fitted they then proceeded to clean up and sweep my drive clean. If your looking for a door ensure you call this company

  I had site visits and quotes from four companies. Bruce from GDW was the last and following his visit I signed the agreement and paid the deposit there and then. He identified small details the other companies missed, was competitively priced and was highly professional throughout the whole process. It felt more like buying a beautifully crafted item than 'just a garage door.' The fitters turned up absolutely on time, were supremely polite, friendly and left the site immaculate. Their demonstration and concluding chat about the door was exemplary. Very happy to rate 5* and recommend to others.

  The office staff are helpful and ready to answer all queries. Meeting Bruce for a survey and a quote was a good experience. He was honest and friendly. Bruce quoted on three possible doors without any pressure or stressful sales talk.The overall price was excellent not like some of the other rogues that we had. Fitting was within days. The fitters were friendly and took pride and enjoyed their work.They left the area spotless and demonstrated how to operate the garage door. I would definitely recommend this firm from the office staff to the fitters.

  Just needed a replacement roller which they fitted with a second hand one (fine if its cheaper and it works) took an hour and half. After he left, tried door and it had same problem opening, had to tighten the newly fitted roller ourselves. Now works perfectly. expensive for the fact we fixed it ourselves

  Having been subjected to a very theatrical and well-rehearsed sales pitch by a competitor it was wonderful to meet Bruce who conducted a refreshingly honest and straightforward survey. He discussed my options and gave me a price at the point of survey. No hard sell; no pushy upselling (he even suggested not having an additional feature I was considering as it could be retro fitted later if required, and the cost would be the same fitted now or later); no misleading sales tactics – in fact he even took the time to research and feedback to me the misleading and inaccurate information I’d been given by another company of a similar name (don’t confuse the two of them whatever you do!). John, Stu and Jamie did a fantastic job installing the garage door. Nothing was any trouble, even moving a lot of “stuff” in their way, which they even put back as well. They cleaned up after themselves and I wouldn’t have known they’d been there if I didn’t have a new garage door. They demonstrated everything to me and made sure I was happy before leaving. The ladies in the office are helpful and friendly too. I highly recommend the entire team, they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly happy in their work. They certainly deserve their 5 stay ratings.

The whole process from arranging the survey, discussing the options available, to the scheduling and fitting of the doors has been 1st class and I have been thoroughly impressed and I know I have very high standards. Your team form the office to the fitters are an absolutely credit to you. They take pride in their work, do a high quality job and left the site spotless.

  Excellent help and advice from this company. Very helpful in advising us which garage door suited our needs. Bruce was polite and on time when visiting to measure up and demonstrating the different styles and designs available. Fitters were again punctual and friendly. The door was fully demonstrated and all features and functions were explained in full. They even helped in moving an item of heavy furniture, which was obstructing fitting. Product comes with a lengthy guarantee, which gives us peace of mind (although with the reputation of the door - we don’t think we need to worry!) This company comes highly recommended and well deserves a 5 star rating.
